Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at this hotel with a great atmosphere, but there were some significant downsides. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The room we got was tiny and lacked many basic amenities. While the staff were lovely and accommodating, the breakfast options could use some variety and improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the decor was stylish, and I enjoyed the complimentary sushi and wine in the evening. However, the room I received was nothing like what I expected, especially given that I specifically requested not to be placed in an attic-style room. The noise from the vibrant neighborhood made it a bit hard to relax, but I appreciated the central location which made exploring the city easy.
My stay at the LX Boutique Hotel was marked by excellent experiences, especially with the comfortable rooms and the outstanding service from the staff. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, and I loved the complimentary evening treats in the lobby. However, the unfortunate situation regarding the taxi service on the night of the Feast of St. Antonio highlighted a significant flaw in their communication. Overall, the hotel has a lot to offer but could improve certain aspects of its service.
Our stay at LX Boutique Hotel was truly delightful! The staff's attentiveness and the complimentary evening treats really elevated our experience. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon, with easy access to the metro and several attractions. The only downside was the frosted glass bathroom, which some might find a bit exposed. Overall, this boutique hotel offers great value for a comfortable and stylish stay.
While the hotel has exceptional service and cleanliness that stood out during my stay, the noise levels outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The location, right near vibrant nightlife, can be a double-edged sword. Overall, if you're looking for a stylish place with great amenities, it might be worth considering, but be prepared for potential disturbances at night.
